As a Level IV Rest Home, Homestead Hall helps residents preserve their independence while providing 24–hour assistance with the activities of daily living. We have Responsible People who provide medical oversight, and will work with physicians, nurses and other clinical personnel to insure you are receiving the care you need. Our team can help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication dispensing and management.

What is the difference between Homestead Hall, a Level IV Rest Home, and assisted living facilities?

They are similar in that they are ideal for those who need assistance with daily living activities but wish to live independently for as long as possible.The difference is in the level of care provided. In an assisted living facility, we have responsible people who can manage medication, including coordination with the physicians and dispense medication. At Homestead Hall, the trained Care Coordinators may dispense and order medications for residents along with performing other nursing functions. Homestead Hall can give more care to a resident than an assisted living facility.

Can Homestead Hall accommodate couples?

Yes! Couples can enjoy the benefit of sharing two conjoining rooms with a common bathroom.

Does Homestead Hall support residents with hospice needs?

Yes, we welcome on-site hospice and palliative care services when necessary. Our staff works with many local hospice organizations.
