Homestead Hall is looking to welcome a new Responsible Person (RP) and Resident Care Aides (RCA) to its great team.

Responsible Person

    • We are looking for an full time employee, overnight 11:00 pm – 7:00 am including every other weekend/holiday
    • This position is perfect for an individual looking to advance in their career in healthcare, such as someone thinking of or attending school to become a nurse.
    • The role of a RP includes passing medication to the residents, communicating with the families, physician offices and pharmacy. Supervising and overseeing the Resident Care Aides, and insuring we are meeting the physical, social, and emotional needs of out residents.
    • Needs to be at least 21 years of age.
    • The ideal candidate must follow DPH regulations.
    • Homestead Hall provides all necessary training for this position.

       

    Resident Care Aids (RCA) 

    • We are also looking for multiple Per Diem employees, $16-18/hour 
    • RCAs are responsible for caring for the residents and helping them with acts of daily living
    • Applicants do not need to be certified but prior experience with working with the elderly is preferred.
    • We offer a competitive wage that will commensurate with experience; benefits include PTO, IRA, Paid Holidays, Health, Dental, Vision
    • A great position for those looking to take the next step in their healthcare career or for nursing students looking to practice some of their skills before they graduate
    • Homestead Hall provides all necessary training for these positions.  

     

    Goddard House is looking to welcome new Dining Room Servers (DRS)   to its great team.

    Dining Room Server (DRS)

    • We are currently looking for multiple candidates at this moment that consist of part time/per diems. 
    • Part time – Lunch and Dinner a few days during the week, including the weekends. 
    • Part time – Dinner on weekends, including 1-2 shifts during the week. 
    • Per Diems – shifts vary between Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner with no set schedule each week.
    • Breakfast – 7:00 am to 10:00 am, Lunch – 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, Dinner – 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
    • The server role includes meal planning and preparation, meal delivery, and general custodial duties.
    • The ideal server is very detail-oriented, organized, self-motiviated, and has interest and experience with food preperation, nutrition, and health.
    • Servers must be people-orientated and have great customer service skills.
    • Goddard House provides all necessary training for these positions.
