Homestead Hall is looking to welcome a new Responsible Person (RP) and Resident Care Aides (RCA) to its great team.

Responsible Person (RP)

  • We are currently looking for 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm full time, every other weekend and holiday Responsible Person. 

  • The role of Responsible Person includes passing medication to the residents, communicating with the families, physician offices and pharmacy, supervising and overseeing the Resident Care Aides, and insuring we are meeting the physical, social, and emotional needs of our patients.

  • The ideal candidate must follow DPH regulations for vaccinations

  • Pay rate will be commensurate with experience

  • Needs to be at least 21 years of age

  • Homestead Hall provides all necessary training for this position.

Resident Care Aids (RCA) 

  • We are currently looking for part – time and part – time employees as a Resident Care Aid, the following shift include:
  • 11:30 pm – 8:00 am part – time, every other weekend and holiday $16-18/hour
  • 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm full time, 32 hours, every other weekend and holiday $16-18/hour
  • 7:00 am – 3:30 pm full – time, every other weekend holiday $16-18/hour 
  • RCAs are responsible for caring for the residents and helping them with acts of daily living
  • Applicants do not need to be certified but prior experience with working with the elderly is preferred.
  • We offer a competitive wage that will commensurate with experience; benefits include PTO, IRA, Paid Holidays, Health, Dental, Vision
  • A great position for those looking to take the next step in their healthcare career or for nursing students looking to practice some of their skills before they graduate
  • Homestead Hall provides all necessary training for these positions. 

Goddard House is looking to welcome a new Dining Room Server to its great team.

  • The server role includes meal planning and preparation, meal delivery, and general custodial duties.

  • The ideal server is very detailed – oriented, organized, self – motivated, and has interest and experience with food preparation, nutrition, and health.
  • Servers must be people oriented and have great customer service skills.
  • We are currently looking for part time year round server, every Saturday Breakfast and Lunch (7:00 am – 2:00pm) and Monday Dinner (4:00 pm – 7:00 pm).
  • This position is a full-time year round position. 24 Hours – Every Saturday and Sunday Dinner (4:00 pm – 7:00 pm), Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Lunch and Dinner (11:00 am – 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm)
  • This position is a full-time year round position. 30 Hours – Every Sunday – Thursday Lunch and Dinner (11:00 am – 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm)
