Homestead Hall is looking to welcome new Responsible Persons (RP), Resident Care Aides (RCA), and a Cook to its great team.
Responsible Persons (RP)
- We are currently looking for part-time shifts as a Responsible Person
- Shifts include 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, and 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.
- Applicants do not need to be certified but prior experience with working with the elderly is preferred.
- We offer a competitive wage that will commensurate with experience; benefits include PTO, IRA, Paid Holidays, Health, Dental, Vision
- RPs are responsible for the administration of medication to the residents
- A great position for those looking to take the next step in their healthcare career or for nursing students looking to practice some of their skills before they graduate
- Homestead Hall provides all necessary training for these positions
Resident Care Aids (RCA)
- We are currently looking for Per Diems as a Resident Care Aid.
- RCAs are responsible for caring for the residents and helping them with acts of daily living
- Applicants do not need to be certified but prior experience with working with the elderly is preferred.

Dining Room Server
- We are currently looking for a Part-Time Server at the Goddard House.
- The shift includes every Sunday Breakfast and lunch (7:00 am – 2:00 pm), Tuesday Dinner (4:00 pm – 7:00 pm), and Wednesday Lunch and Dinner (11:00 am – 2:00 pm/4:00 pm – 7:00 pm)
- The server role includes meal planning and preparation, meal delivery, and general custodial duties.
- The ideal server is very detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and experienced with food preparation, nutrition, and health.
- Goddard House provides all necessary training for this position.
